接到某用户电话，与远端总部失去通信联系，本端show ip ei nei 发现有远端邻居，但Q数值并不递减，ping远端不通。远端无本地EIGRP邻居，初步判断是链路单通。
奇怪的是两端都换成笔记本，却是能ping通的，似乎链路无问题，但我更相信思科路由器的链路检测，比笔记本更加严格，坚持是链路单通造成的，给运营商打电话确认，运营商坚持没有调整过局端设备，开始怀疑跳线及配线架的问题，拉一根长长的飞线，直连，问题解决。
谁能解释解释，为什么单通的链路，路由器反映是正常的，而笔记本却发现不了这样的问题呢？
